The Quickliner from Clinique is an eye pencil that you turn upwards. The Quickliner spreads easily and can be easily rubbed into a haze of color thanks to the handy smudge tool on the other end. This Quickliner does not need to be sharpened and has a silky smooth formula. Tested by ophthalmologists.

Instructions
• Turn the eye pencil up 4 mm
• Apply a line along the edge of the eye
• Use the smudging tool on the other end to gently smear the color for the desired effect
• Let the color dry for sixty seconds
• Replace the cap tightly after use to protect the silky soft formula.

Tips
• Can be used alone or over eyeshadow.
