Application
Multi-Gyn ActiGel effectively treats bacterial vaginosis, has an immediate soothing effect and quickly relieves symptoms (within 15 minutes). This is recognizable by excessive discharge (which is often gray in color), an unpleasant (fishy) odor, itching, irritation, sensitivity, redness and burning sensation.

Usage
External application
For discomfort in the external pubic area (such as itching, irritation, soreness and sensitivity), you can apply Multi-Gyn ActiGel externally with your finger. Wash your hands before use.
1. Unscrew the cap from the tube. Before first use, poke a hole in the sealed opening of the tube with the back of the cap.
2. Take the tube in one hand and hold the index finger of your other hand close to the tube, as shown in the picture. Gently squeeze the tube. Keep squeezing until you have a generous amount on your index finger.
The amount on your index finger is comparable to the size of your fingertip (approx. 2 ml).
4. Apply the gel to the external pubic area.

Internal application
In case of internal vaginal discomfort, such as bacterial vaginosis, you should apply Multi-Gyn ActiGel internally. You can use the included applicator for this, which is screwed onto the tube. After use, you can leave the applicator on the tube, rinse under the tap and close with the cap. If desired, you can also insert the gel into the vagina with your finger. Then wash your hands first. The amount of gel you can insert with your index finger is comparable to the size of your fingertip (approx. 2 ml)
1. Unscrew the cap from the tube. Before first use, prick the back of the cap
hole in the sealed opening of the tube.
2. Screw the applicator included in the box onto the tube.
3. Remove the screw cap from the applicator.
4. Take the tube in one hand and gently squeeze the tube until the gel comes out of the front of the applicator. When the gel comes out, you know the applicator is filled with
gel and ready to use. Practice how much gel comes out when you lightly squeeze the tube. You need at least the size of one fingertip (approx. 2 ml)
5. Insert the applicator, which remains on the tube, into the vagina. The vagina is 7 to 8 cm long. The length of the applicator is approximately the same length and therefore cannot damage the cervix.
6. Gently squeeze the tube. You need at least the size of one fingertip (approx. 2 ml).
It is okay if you insert more into the vagina
7. After use, you can leave the applicator on the tube and rinse under the warm tap.
8. Before storing the tube, replace the screw cap on the applicator
