Shower tips:

• Give your skin a wonderful water massage with the shower head. Turn the tap open so that you get a firm water jet. Make small circles with the shower head just above your skin, preferably in the direction of your heart. This works relaxing and is good for the blood circulation;
• Dry your skin after showering. Rubbing hard with the towel can dry out your skin further.
