Tips for use
1. For an optimal effect, first use a Rimmel lip liner as the basis for the Lasting Finish Extreme lipstick. Then outline the shape of the lips to define them. Use a powder on the lips to help the lipstick stay on.
2. Then apply the lipstick. Start in the middle of the upper lip at the cupid's bow and work your way down from here. Then color the lower lip with the lipstick. If necessary, use a brush for precision.
