General
Roter Paracof is a painkiller and antipyretic medicine. Roter Paracof is used for: fever and pain with flu and colds, headache, toothache, neuralgia, lumbago, muscle pain, menstrual pain, fever and pain after vaccination. Roter Paracof contains paracetamol with caffeine, which can increase the painkilling effect of paracetamol.

Dosage

Roter Paracof tablets are best taken with a large amount of water. Or let the tablets dissolve in water, stir well and drink it.

Recommended dosage
Children aged 6 to 9 years: half a tablet at a time. Maximum 4 to 6 times a day
Children from 9 to 12 years: 1 tablet at a time. Maximum 3 to 4 times a day
Children from 12 to 15 years: 1 tablet at a time. Maximum 4 to 6 times a day

Adults and children from 15 years: 1 to 2 tablets at a time. Maximum 6 tablets per day.

The administration interval should be at least 4 hours.
