All items that you can order online are actually in stock in our warehouse and if ordered before 4:00 PM on weekdays, they will be shipped the same day.

Since we have a changing assortment, it is unfortunately not possible to order items that are currently out of stock. If this is possible, it must be explicitly stated with the relevant item.

It is possible, if an article is sold out, to leave your email address with the article. As soon as the article comes back in stock, you will automatically receive a notification.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Ordered before 16:00 today is usually delivered the next business day. If you order after 16:00 on Friday or during the weekend, your order will be shipped by us on Monday and you will receive it on Tuesday.

Shipping to other countries within the EU is 1-5 working days.

Within the Netherlands and Germany all packages are shipped with DHL.

For Belgium we work with PostNL and for all other countries in the EU we use DPD.

Yes, we ship to almost all countries within Europe.

All our packages leave with a track & trace code provided with GPS, which you will usually receive at the e-mail address you provided us with within 24 hours after we have sent your package.

Since we work with a fully automated system in the warehouse, it is unfortunately not possible to change your address. So always check your details carefully before ordering.

If something still went wrong, always contact our customer service directly.

Unfortunately, a change of address is not possible, but if you have received the track & trace code, it is possible in some cases to choose a parcel point near you.

Despite the fact that all our packages leave with a track & trace code provided with GPS, it can happen that a package gets lost. In 99% of the cases, this is due to a delay or error in the sorting process at the carrier. If you do not receive your package within 72 hours, please contact our customer service. We can start an investigation for you with the carrier.

If your package is delivered damaged, always contact us within 24 hours. Make sure you send enough photos and we will forward this directly to the carrier and together we will look for a suitable solution.

Always send an email to our customer service within 24 hours of receipt, take pictures of your package and the items received. Then we will follow up for you as soon as possible!

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

Unfortunately, our system does not allow you to make an exchange. We recommend reordering the desired item and returning the other item to us.

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return your shipment to us. It is not necessary to register a shipment, you can have it stamped at a post office of your choice and send it to us. Do not forget to add the packing slip.

There is no specific form or procedure for a return. You may provide the item with the original packaging and packing slip and have it stamped at a postal point of your choice within 14 days of receipt. The costs of the return shipment are at your own expense.
