Shipping & Returns

How is my order shipped by Online Voordeelshop?
Online Voordeelshop BV will send your package the same working day if ordered before 4:00 PM.

All our packages leave with a track & trace code provided with GPS, you will usually receive this, at the email address you have given us, within 24 hours after we have sent your package. We use the following shipping methods:

DHL Netherlands
- Standard rate: €4.95
- FREE shipping from €50

Bpost Belgium
- Standard rate: €4.95
- FREE shipping from €50

DHL Germany
- Standard rate: €6.95
- FREE shipping from €50

DPD Europe (other countries within the EU)
The rates depend on the chosen destination and are calculated automatically

If I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@onlinevoordeelshop.nl We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

RETURN CONDITIONS
• The product is unworn/unused
• Provide the product with the original packaging and pack it with care, if the original packaging is damaged or missing (unless purchased as such), we cannot accept the return. This also applies to items that are sealed.
• Include the packing slip/invoice with your return shipment.
• The return notification must inside 14 days after receipt by us
• After your return has been processed, you will receive the amount back within 14 days.
• FREE GIFT? Did you receive a free gift with a minimum purchase of x amount and do you come below this amount after returning? Then you must return the free item or the purchase amount will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
