You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; consult the website of your carrier for exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for this depreciation of the product. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged when returned.

To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@onlinevoordeelshop.nl or fill out the form below. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the product has been returned in good order.

RETURN CONDITIONS
• The product is unworn/unused
• Pack the product in its original packaging with care; if the original packaging is damaged or missing (unless purchased as such), we cannot accept the return. This also applies to sealed items.
• Include the packing slip/invoice with your return shipment.
• The return notification must be received by us within 14 days of receipt.
• After processing your return, you will receive the refund within 14 days.
• FREE GIFT? If you received a free gift with a minimum spend of an x amount and your total falls below this amount after returning items, you must return the free item or its purchase price will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
