The Clinique Quickliner is an eyeliner that you twist upwards. The Quickliner is easy to spread and can be easily blended into a haze of color thanks to the handy smudge tool on the other end. This Quickliner does not need to be sharpened and has a silky smooth formula. Ophthalmologist tested.

Instructions for use
• Turn the eyeliner pencil up 4mm
• Apply a line along the edge of the eye
• Use the smudging tool on the other end to gently smudge the color for the desired effect
• Let the color dry for sixty seconds
• Replace the cap tightly after use to protect the silky formula.
