- Step 1: Clean nails and then prepare them with an essie base coat
- Step 2: Then apply one or two coats of essie 13 mademoiselle nail polish as desired
- Step 3: Protect and make nails shine with an essie top coat
- Step 4: Hydrate cuticles with essie apricot nail & cuticle oil
